Advisory
Private advisory for executives, founders, and cofounders.
At a certain level, the variable that separates good from exceptional isn't strategy, capital, or connections. It's the mind running all of it.
Who it's for
Leaders who are already performing well and know the stakes of their decisions are rising: executives, founders, investors, and finance professionals. The work happens one-on-one, or with cofounders together.
Working one-on-one
For the leader who wants a trusted, confidential thinking partner. We work on:
How you decide under pressure, and the patterns that quietly distort judgment
Blind spots in how you lead, delegate, and communicate
Stress responses that cost you clarity when it matters most
High-stakes moments: a transition, a negotiation, a difficult hire or exit, a board dynamic
Working with cofounders
The same lens, applied to one of the most consequential partnerships in business, and one of the least supported. Most advisors work with one person at a time. My background in couples and family therapy means I also work with the relationship itself: the dynamic between you, and the patterns that show up under pressure. Cofounders often come to me when:
You disagree on vision, roles, or who has the final say
Trust has worn down after a hard quarter, a fundraise, or a pivot
Conversations have become tense, avoidant, or routed through other people
Imbalances in equity, workload, or recognition are going unspoken
You're deciding whether to restructure, or how to part ways well
We meet together and, when useful, one-on-one. The goal is a partnership that can carry the weight of the company.
How it works
Advisory is an ongoing, confidential relationship, not a program. We meet on a cadence that fits your schedule, and you have access to me when something important is in front of you. The work draws on a proprietary framework combining behavioral strategy with a clinical psychology lens.
This is not coaching. This is not therapy.
It's a sharper operating system for the way you think, decide, and lead.
